Anthony & Laura Holmes

Lead Pastors

Anthony entered public ministry in 1980, while attending Bible Training at Pentecostal Bible College in Fresno. He joined Church of Living Water as Associate Pastor in 1996; and became Lead Pastor in 2005, describing the heart of COLW as the passion of his life.

Anthony is known as an expert teacher and preacher of the word, an intercessor and a leader who flows in the prophetic. Never one to stop learning, Anthony earned his Bachelors and subsequent Masters Degrees in Theology. He also serves as Assistant Superintendent for the Pacific Western Network Ministries.

Anthony and his wife, Laura have been married since 1986; and are parents to four biological children and seven adopted children. Being called to ministry together, they believe the most meaningful expression of Kingdom principals is seen clearly in the relationships of marriage and family life, and the greatest disciples are made at home.

Chris & Rachael Watson

Admin, Student Ministries Directors, & Worship Pastors

This couple is a gift to the Body of Christ at COLW. Chris served as Youth Pastor from 2006-2022 and added the assignment of Administrative Pastor in 2017. He is also the Director of Youth Ministries for the Pacific Western Network Ministries.

Rachael has been Director of Worship and Fine Arts since 2006; and has effectively trained numerous others as worship leaders in both the local church as well as in our conference. Rachael also leads a weekly Connect Group.

Roger & Lennie Halvorson

Founding Pastors

Roger Halvorson is the founding Pastor of Church of Living Water and the retired Bishop of 45+ churches in our conference. Both ordained pastors, Roger and Lennie have given their lives to influencing others to embrace Christ Jesus as their Savior and Lord, having ministered throughout the United States as well as internationally.

They have discipled others throughout Central/South America, Eastern Europe and Asia.

Stuart & Ann Chandler

Elders, Women's Ministry Director

Stuart and Ann Chandler have served as elders at COLW since 2012. As parents of two teens, they have a passion for young people, discipling them to love Jesus, to become grounded in the Word and to live a Spirit filled life. Ann also serves as Director of Women’s Ministry.

Dale & Martha Allen

Elders, Licensed Church Minister

Dale and Martha Allen joined the COLW family in August 2008, and enjoy serving in a variety of ministries. With a heart to serve, they are currently elders, Connect leaders, and coordinators of the Sunday morning prayer teams. Martha also serves on the worship team, and is an IPHC licensed church minister.

Leroy Barnett

Elder

LeRoy is a Fresno native, raised by godly parents who trained him up in the ways of the Lord. As an avid reader, he is a Teacher Librarian in Fresno Schools as well as a Teacher. He also facilitates a weekly Connect Group.

Ben & Jocelyn Akioyame

Youth Ministry

Ben has grown up at COLW. Once a student in youth ministry and now leads passionately and faithfully. Both he and his wife Jocelyn are also teachers in local Fresno Schools.

Jonathan & Felisha Holmes

Financial Peace University, Ushers

Jonathan and Felisha have a heart for Christians to be free in all aspects, and particularly in their finances. He and Felisha have been certified trainers of Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University since 2014. Jonathan also leads our ushers in service each week and Felisha is the Lead teacher of our preschool class.

Marty Castonan

Men's Ministry Director

Marty has been involved in men’s ministries and food distribution ministries for many years. He believes he is called to serve the Body of Christ as our Director of Men’s Ministry, with a vision for men to be open with one another, encouraging each another to reflect the love of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
